Most recently, I founded Revolution 4.0 (REV4) which acquired Burtch Works, the leader in Data and Analytics executive search, and transformed it into a full-stack talent solutions organization that provides contract, contract-to-hire, full-time placement and deliverable based (SOW) services. We pride ourselves on being trusted advisors and career advocates for the clients and talent communities we serve by providing industry insights, research, and career opportunities that align to individual goals, interest and skills while delivering desired business outcomes. We leverage our unique technology platform to disrupt the traditional recruiting process and provide curated content allowing our talent community to successfully navigate an ever-changing marketplace to create a world that works better for everyone.

Before founding REV4 and becoming CEO of Burtch Works, I had the good fortune of working and learning from many outstanding leaders at Health Carousel and TEKsystems (an Allegis Group company). These experiences allowed me to develop my own style of leadership and become a steadfast business operator in both the Technology and Healthcare solutions industries.
My leadership philosophy is one of servant leadership; hiring talented people, empowering them, developing them, and giving them the support and resources to learn, grow and thrive.
I've been married to my wonderful wife Julia for 10 years; we have two fantastic kids. I sit on the advisory board for the University of Cincinnati, Southern Illinois University, an active member of the Chicago Area Running Association and YPO Chicagoland Chapter. In my spare time I love spending time outdoors with my kids.
