Heading ATM R&D of Vortex Engineering Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of innovative and energy-efficient ATMs and self-service terminals. 25+ years of experience in hardware product development, spanning across domains such as office automation, industrial products, Paper and currency handling.
As the head of a multi-disciplinary R&D team, I oversee the entire product lifecycle from idea to revenue generation, ensuring quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in business strategy, risk assessment, technology, product road map, project management, cross-functional collaboration, product costing, value engineering, resource and budget management. I also hold two patents for inventions in the area of cash dispenser, and have developed six successful hardware products for the international market, including three indigenously designed cash dispenser modules of the "ECOTELLER" series ATMs. My mission is to create innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of the ATM and self-service industry.
