I have a proven track record as a strong operations leader within a customer-driven manufacturing environment, supported by a comprehensive background in supply chain, materials management, customer services and engineering/ production management, underpinned by substantial TPM expertise with the ability create and maintain robust systems that will perform effectively. I have extensive operational interface experience dealing with suppliers, customers and sub-tier whilst having both a strategic and operational view of the whole manufacturing operations process. A wealth of hands-on experience in managing day to day operations and deployment of Lean methodologies able to deliver under pressure for very demanding customers, possess strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding and excel in the management of change with a hands-on style supported by enthusiasm, energy and drive.
One of my biggest strengths is my communication skills. I work very well with all kinds of people, and understand that everyone has different perspectives about projects and work tasks - so when I work with others I realize that everyone comes to the table with different priorities and objectives. I keep this in mind when I communicate tasks that need to be accomplished with positive reinforcement and awareness of what others are working on.
