Jitendra is a securities markets professional, with more than 23 years of experience. Out of which 20 years of experience is in the areas of securities markets. He has worked in various departments of SEBI and presently working in Corporation Finance Department. He has also been the part of the team instrumental in implementing the RTI Act at SEBI. He also worked as a senior Faculty Member of NISM on subjects like Securities Law, Economics, Behavioural Finance, Financial Literacy & Education etc. He has also been the programme director for various MDPs conducted by NISM for SEBI Officers, RBI Officers, Govt. Officials (IAS Officers, IPS Officers, IRS Officers, ICLS Officers, IES officers etc.) etc. He had also conducted the programme for Regulators and Market Participants of other jurisdictions. He also trained more than 1600 market participants and officials of regulatory body of other jurisdictions. He has conducted over 100+ workshops and training programs in the areas of Securities Markets. He has also worked with National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) for 3+ years. He has worked in the areas of Ground Level Credit Disbursement, Potential Linked Rural Credit Plan, State Focus Paper etc. Jitendra has been a speaker on key platforms like ICSI, ICSI-CCGRT, RBI- Zonal Training Centre, IIT- Roorkee, National Insurance Academy (NIA), National Bank Staff College (NBSC), Jaipuria Institute of Management, SIMSR- Mumbai, etc. and conferences like Academy of Business Research, Aston University, Birmingham, ICEBM-BITS Pilani etc. He holds PG in Economics from CESP, JNU, LL. B from Mumbai University, CAIIB, Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law from Govt. Law College, Mumbai. He is also UGC (NET) in Economics. He has done various certifications of NISM, NSE and BSE.
