With over three years of experience in social media management and sports operations, I am passionate about creating and delivering engaging content for diverse audiences. I currently work as a Social Media Manager at Raven's Nest Coffee House, a cozy and friendly cafe that offers a variety of drinks and snacks, as well as live music and events. There, I manage the cafe's online presence, monitor customer feedback, and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
I also have a strong background in sports marketing and management, having obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Sports Marketing from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Seton Hill University. I have worked as an Operations Assistant for two professional soccer teams, D.C. Defenders and Washington Spirit, where I supported the teams' logistics, equipment, and event needs. Additionally, I hold certifications in Grassroots Soccer Referee and Level 1 Goalkeeping from the U.S. Soccer Federation, which reflect my enthusiasm and skill for the sport. My goal is to combine my hospitality and data analysis expertise with my sports knowledge and experience to create impactful and memorable social media campaigns.
