About
I lead the sales operations and partnerships at Dice, a spend management platform. I manage vendor accounts and relationships, develop and execute sales strategies, and optimize operational processes and systems. I also work closely with the founder's office to align the sales operations and partnerships with the company's vision and goals.
Prior to joining Dice, I provided client solutions and operational management for over 50 clients in various industries, such as FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and auditing, at Awign, a gig-work platform. I delivered business development, partner onboarding, market analysis, audits, data moderation, and surveys, helping Awign to scale 50x in revenue in two years and secure Series A funding. I also led a team of 10+ members and worked on projects across India.
I hold a B.Tech. degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from PES University, and I have obtained multiple certifications in key account management, six sigma foundations, and data studio. I have strong skills in technical sales, customer relationship management, people management, and data analysis. I am passionate about solving complex problems, creating value for customers, and driving growth and innovation.
