As the Talent Acquisition Manager at KlearNow, I am responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates, to conducting interviews and negotiating offers, to onboarding and retaining new hires.
I use my language skills in Hindi, English, and Spanish to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders from different backgrounds and locations.
I have successfully recruited and hired multiple candidates for various roles, including engineers, developers, analysts, and managers, across different functions and levels.
