A Polymer Technologist, Researcher and Adviser by profession, having a set of business expertise in the field of plastics materials and its applications. A blend of educational background which consist of Business management, Technology and Chemistry with a decade of exposure in Plastics industries involving in Raw material, Polymerization, Plastics compounding, and Recycling industries are the foundation which builds me as an Experts. In-depth Experiences, sound knowledge of Plastic materials and its application are gained by working with many organization’s, various industrial divisions like – Sales and marketing, R&D, Product & Colour Development, Technical Support and Application Development. Expertise to handle all types of plastic material from commodity to Specialty Plastics compound.
Materials Handled :
• Commodity plastics: PP (Homo and Copolymer) and Acrylics like PMMA,PMMA/ABS Blend.
• Engineering Thermoplastics: Nylon (6,66,12 and its blends), PBT, PET, PBT/PC Blends, ABS,Transparent ABS, SAN,ASA,AES,PC, PC/ABS alloys, .
• Biodegradable plastics : Poly-lactic Acid (PLA)

• QMS : Exposure to ISO-9001:2008 QMS, ISO/IEC-17025 (NABL), 5S, Kaizen &Safety.

• Trouble shooting in extrusion and injection molding process so reduce the rejection.

• Emulsion Polymerization and its downstream process
