SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
· Led definition and implementation of Agile process using Scrum methodology, spearheading department-wide adoption, significantly increasing release speed and frequency, and selected to help other departments adopt Scrum framework.
· Worked with teams to streamline process for submitting product feature requests and bug reports for managed applications, as well as created an aligned guide for Bug Severity and Business Priority measurements.
· Implemented bi-weekly Bug Review meetings with key stakeholders in order to prioritize reported bugs and errors, resulting in a 80% error reduction on critical features.
