About
I am a manager with more than 20 years of experience in TELCO & ICT.
I started since 1999 working as a Trainer and Consultant in IT Industry, acquiring and developing skills on OS and Networking.
Then I lived an international experience by Lucent Technologies, taking part to new IP and xDSL networks projects. After their completion, I started to work in Fastweb SpA, a new and innovative Italian company that was in startup, It focused on the creation of a new TLC network generation.
In Fastweb, I held several roles, both technical and managerial.
I initially worked as Network Operation Engineer, as Network Integration Engineer and than as Project Manager (focus on Enterprise Customer). As Project Manager I followed both Business and Network. After several years of experience I became responsible of Area for Technology Site Management, IP and Transport Network Implementation, Project Management, Business Customer Network Integration, Fiber and Copper Circuits Delivery.
Since latest years, I worked on several projects and I managed people too, becoming team responsible of about 80 people. And I had for a lot of years both the responsibility to control and to monitor the department budget and to assure the respect of Quality procedure on Job.
Currently, as National Manager of Technology Development, I am coordinating the development of the wireless network and the deployment of equipment for the Fastweb and Customer network.
