About
As a Consultation-Liaison Psychiatric PA, I evaluate and treat patients with various psychiatric diagnoses in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care.
I have over six years of experience in psychiatry, including four years at Cleveland Clinic and one and a half years at Charak Center for Health and Wellness. I have developed expertise in addiction medicine, managing patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. I also have experience in handling complex cases such as delirium, catatonia, mania, substance intoxication and withdrawal, dementia with behavioral disturbances, and suicidal ideation. I hold a master's degree in health sciences and a post-degree professional certificate in physician assistant from Cleveland State University and Cuyahoga Community College, respectively. I am certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and have a buprenorphine waiver from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
