With over 5 years of experience in human capital consulting, I am a Manager - HR Transformation at Genpact, where I lead the global talent visibility transformation through Workday implementation. I have a proven track record of delivering results in strategic roles involving close partnering with the CHRO and business leadership, across domains of mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, learning and development, HR operations, project management, and business strategy.
Prior to joining Genpact, I was a Consultant at Deloitte India (Offices of the US), where I worked on organization change management and communication projects across industries. I also developed pre-configured training solutions and supported the global delivery initiative through pursuit tracking and reporting.
I hold an MBA degree in Human Resource Development from Delhi School of Economics and a BA degree in Economics from Indraprastha College for Women. I am passionate about making work seem less like work, by constantly striving for process improvement and seeking space to bring more to the table. My fields of interest include consulting, change management, organizational design and strategy.
