We specialize in new construction, as well as complex, phased renovations and additions carried out while buildings remain in operation. In addition, our experience includes historic restoration, “background” buildings, and landmark structures. We organize projects by teams, headed by a principal and a project manager. The team stays with the project from planning through construction to assure design clarity, document consistency, continuity, and immediate responsiveness.
