I am a business analyst with more than 14 years of experience in information technology, 7 years in operational processes in Japan, and 5 years in education.
I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner and have an MBA from the University Canada West in Vancouver, a specialization in deep learning for EdTech at Kanazawa Institute of Technology (Japan), a postgraduate degree in IT Management from FIAP, and a Systems Analysis and Development diploma from the Federal Institute of São Paulo - IFSP.
