I am a Healthcare Executive, driven by a passion for health service delivery and health programs management. I possess both clinical and operational experience, shaping healthcare facilities to align their strategy with their clinical and business goals. I provide operational leadership across the spectrum of healthcare business, managing operations, coordinating administrative roles, risk management, and quality assurance while empowering teams to pursue their goals. I have transformed performance, improved the organization culture and workplace organization, enhanced and standardized processes to provide quality services, excellence, regulatory compliance, and profitability.
I have an interest in value-based healthcare delivery models, healthcare management, healthcare financing, quality improvement, vaccinology, and global health.
I have worn a variety of professional hats in my previous roles, working as Medical Officer, Senior House Officer and Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Officer.
Additionally, I have been pivotal in health programming, providing technical and programmatic leadership in the development, implementation, and management of donor-funded programs on HIV prevention, care, and treatment, and supporting PMTCT and Maternal and Child Health program interventions. I have also had passion for preventive medicine and have advanced this through managing the immunisation program.
I am a visionary leader who easily builds affinity with patients and staff, and manages relations and partnerships with implementing partners, program beneficiaries, and partner organizations to ensure seamless program and health services delivery.
