Liaise with ARMs of Corporate Banking Unit and canvassing bespoke Exclusive Employee Banking solutions of the Bank to the leading Corporates in the country.
Identify the potential Corporate clients Branch wise and Region wise through Branch Managers and Regional Managers in the network and tailor make Exclusive Employee Banking packages to suit their individual requirements
Leading a Central Sales Team by providing them with necessary qualitative & quantitative logistics in order to achieve the aforementioned KPIs.
Organizing Exclusive Retail Campaigns Branch wise, Region wise and/or Company wise.
Maintaining a comprehensive MIS depicting the Key Performance Indicators of the Business Development Unit.
For the first time in the Bank maintaining a “Business Opportunity Help Desk” in order to provide the ARMs and Branch Managers with important business leads and to educate them with seasonal trends in the market.
Capitalizing on the new business opportunities that are captured via “Business Opportunity Help Desk” and coordinating & liaising with all the stakeholders in order to achieve the desired objectives.
