About
My passion is travel, and working with people. I run wellness retreats in addition to my 2 fitness studios, and help clients to reach their life goals and weight goals. I have published fitness manuals, a book on how breast implant illness has affected my life, and created an Aerial Yoga course for the SA market.
I have worked in Marketing at Old Mutual, flown for SAA, and volunteered at Horizon Clinic and Weskoppies. I recently sold my book import business to focus where my passion lies, as I especially enjoy working with women to empower them into being the best versions of themselves. I travel to teach Aerial Yoga at retreats and festivals, love to perform and have even worked as a mermaid! I am great at setting up websites and social media pages. Using my psychology degree as a base, I am currently expanding my base to include life coaching, through the institute of applied psychology.
