I believe in life and business if you aren't growing, you're dying. Growth shouldn’t merely be a company goal, it should be embedded in its DNA. If something is good, you can always make it better. Admittedly, growth can be scary. It requires getting uncomfortable and pushing boundaries. It requires people to make sometimes difficult choices based on probability-weighted outcomes.
