About
I am a Digital Marketing Consultant & Business Leader with 15+ years of experience. I was awarded the "Top 50 Most Influential Strategy Leaders" in 2018, 2019 & 2020 and the "100 Smartest Digital Marketing Leaders" in 2018,2019 & 2020 by the World Marketing Congress and CMO Asia.
I am a Computer Engineer from Mumbai University and have worked with Tata Consultancy Services as a software developer for 3 years. Post my MBA in Marketing and Systems from IIM Indore, I have worked extensively in the Digital Marketing field as it is a good combination of technical and marketing skills which I have gained over time. I am in essence a Digital Marketing Consultant who is a Software Engineer at heart :)
Over the last 5 years, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to set up the marketing operations at organisations such as Zycus, NPCI International and EnKash with an extremely lean team.
I am a balanced left and right-brain thinker and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment requiring a combination of analytical and logical skills along with creativity.
I work at the intersection of marketing, technology, data & design and am currently leading Marketing for International Business at NPCI International Payments Limited (NIPL).
My unique career journey has led me to work with US, UK, Canada, India & Australia-based Fortune 500 clients and emerging startups. I have worked on B2B as well as B2C marketing projects and have led marketing teams in 2 prominent digital marketing agencies - iQuanti and Webbutterjam, 1 premium publisher - Conde Nast India with brands such as Vogue, GQ etc. as well as a leading software product companies such as Zycus, NPCI International and EnKash.
I have worked on end-to-end large and small digital marketing projects including SEO and Content marketing, blog management, paid campaign management, social media management, video production, data analytics and much more both as an individual contributor and also as a manager for teams of up to 20 people.
I have worked with brands from diverse industries such as Insurance, Financial Services, Global Information, Data & Measurement, Travel, Automobile, Fitness, Industrial Tools, Apparel, Real Estate, Online Services & more
I have taught digital marketing courses at NMIMS, IMS Proschool, Edurek, Jaro Education, UpGrad, Imarticus Learning, TapChief & Kraftshala.
