With an atypical Myers-Briggs personality type, being indifferently ENFJ-ENFP, I can mediate, negotiate and accompany the implementation of the necessary changes within an organisation.
Prior experience with Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young in Switzerland and the USA (last position, as Partner in charge of Mergers and Acquisitions for the french part of Switzerland, and member of the Board for the swiss M&A practice).
Since 1993, has advised on numerous transactions, in the banking and financial services (sale of Marcuard Cook Bank to Anglo Irish Bank; acquisition of Banca del Gottardo by Swiss Life) watch manufacturing (sale of THA to Bucherer), food (sale of a stake in Caviar House to private investors), hospitality and leisure (sale of Aquaparc to Grévin & Cie - Compagnie des Alpes), Automobile dealership (sales of Group Majestic to Group Gerbier) and various other industries.
Current activities is 2/3 mergers and acquisition advisory services, and 1/3 business development and financing.
