I have a track record of origination and have advised, and served, on a variety of boards over the last two decades in executive (CEO, CFO and COO) and non-executive roles (Chair and NED, including remco and audit committees).
I am available for discussions around NED positions - Chair and Independent NED and management advisory situations which might also include corporate turnaround's.
Whilst essentially a generalist, particular sector skills include Resources (Oil & Gas, Mining and its transition technologies Solar and Wind), Technology and Telecoms. In corporate management roles, this has previously included the completion of three IPO’s - two oil & gas on AIM and a resources investment company on the LSE Main Market - together with an RTO.
Prior to this, 20 years’ experience in corporate broking advisory services, having worked for UBS and ABN AMRO Hoare Govett, before becoming a founder member and Executive Director of Evolution Securities.
