As the Senior Vice President at Clover Infotech Middle East, I am responsible for delivering Oracle Fusion ERP for large and complex clients across the region. With over 30 years of experience in management consulting and IT leadership, I have successfully implemented and managed multiple ERP and Oracle projects for diverse industries, such as manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, and oil and gas.
My mission is to help clients achieve operational excellence, business transformation, and competitive advantage through innovative and customized ERP and Oracle solutions. I have a strong domain knowledge of the Middle East market and the challenges and opportunities it offers. I also have a passion for teaching and mentoring, and I have been an adjunct professor for executive MBA programs in Dubai. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to share my insights and best practices with my team and clients.

Change Management , Testing , training , Data Migration ,cut over and Go live, Support , Value Realization. Products from JDE, BaaN, SAP,EBS and last 5 years Oracle Fusion. All aspects of ERP, Finance, order Management , Inventory, Procurement , Supply Chain , Assets, projects.
2. Have been a change leader and CXO advisor for large mega accounts in the Region, Unilever Europe, Al Othman, Al Sherawi , Dubai Smart Govt , Emaar , Savola, Kuwait Oil Company , Panda Holdings, Ghantoot. Khan Saheb and Landmark group, Tiger Brands, Medscheme , SARB from South Africa. Ulker and Red Crescent from Turkey. Acknowledged as a Change Management Guru and instrumental in large Transformation projects using Mckinsey 7s Framework and other tools like Kotters 8 Step Model .
