Summary
I have over 22 years’ experience in Telecommunication industry, in various Division,
1. Customer Service (Branch Operation, Customer Loyalty and Churn Management).
2. Sales Division ( Project Management for 3G implementation - Sales, Distribution Management and Account Manager for Direct Channel Management.
3. SAP SD Support.
Principle Accountabilities
1. To manage users’ requirements for any changes required to existing program
2. As a point of reference to key users
3. To monitor and manage all interfaces (inbound and outbound) related to Sales and Distribution (SD) module
4. To report on immediate basis all critical issues arise to Team Leader for his/her further action
5. Perform support for end-users whenever required
6. Perform configuration for any changes that may requires due to business operations requirements e.g. new outlet for Celcom Retail (C-Mobile)
7. Rectify any interface issues encountered by the program
8. Liaise with developer on any changes required for existing program and report
9. Prepare functional specification for developer and perform UAT with users, if required for any changes requested
10. Assist development team on new development that has impact on existing program/process
Key Challenges
1. Ensure all interface data successfully process by the interface program
2. Ensure accuracy of the data in the system as requested by the end-user
3. Meeting key users demands against system ability
4. Troubleshooting errors reported by end-users
5. Ensure changes made to existing program and reports meet with end-users requirements and expectations and will not cause any error to current business operations
Having worked with people varying technical knowledge, understanding their needs and requirements. Analyzing, designing, and implementing solution proposed to customer. Sharing knowledge with people of various topics including technical and business processes.
