Early Years
The Al Masaood family has a long trading tradition as Merchants in Arabian Gulf who has been involved in the commercial development of Abu Dhabi during the early years. The First President of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce was the late Ahmed Al Masaood. From those early years, Al Masaood has been involved in different key projects. They have been actively involved in the growth of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Mr. Tareq Al Masaood, a highly respected and prominent businessman, came up with a brilliant idea of opening a rent a car business as he envisioned that the company would expand throughout the country. Now, its main office is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi City.
The business boomed with the help of his business partners, Mr. Masaood Al Masaood , Mr. Saeed Bin Shaiban & Humaid Abdulla Masaood whose names are among those respected names in the Middle East. Al Masaood operates different individual business and to mark some of the names: Harley Davidson of UAE, Mugg & Bean LLC, Sharjah Grand Hotel, Target, Leaders Insurance Brokers and Ducati. The family strives to lead the way in all market segments and continues to reflect the growth not only in United Arab Emirates but in the Middle East.
