As a Senior Recruiter at Mavericks Recruiting on Demand, I partner with top tech companies to help them hire at the speed they need. I recruit for both technical and non-technical roles in a variety of industries, such as Healthcare, Fintech, Forestry, Logistics, Crowdfunding, and AI/ML. I bring extra firepower, the best sourcing and recruiting practices, and proven sourcing strategies that enable our clients to grow.
I currently work with AtoB, a startup that is building Stripe for Transportation, modernizing the payments infrastructure for trucking and logistics. I help them find and attract talented engineers who share their vision of creating world-class customer experience and building products that work with and around the unique constraints of their daily lives.
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration with three majors: Marketing, Management, and Human Resources Management from Missouri Southern State University. I am also certified as a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) by HRCI and have passed the Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment. I am passionate about helping individuals and teams reach their goals, and I always strive to find their values, personal aspirations, and next career move.
