Bhakti Vedanta Institute of Spiritual Culture and Science

The Princeton BVISCS's mission is to disseminate and encourage the practical application of teachings from the Eastern Bhagavat Vedanta and Western Platonic/Hegelian wisdom traditions regarding the origin, purpose, relationship, and organic unity of nature (matter), life, consciousness, and Spirit. Such wisdom is founded in humility, tolerance, and giving respect to others without expecting it in return. Through organizing diverse educational platforms, such as international conferences, university programs, and online forums, blogs, newsletters, and websites, the Princeton BVISCS encourages the public, particularly scientists and scholars, to consider the natural synthesis of science, religion, and philosophy, and the role of consciousness in modern science. Continuing productive dialogue concerning these topics is paramount for the positive progression of modern science and scholarship in general. The Princeton BVISCS is a center for the advanced study of the nature and origin of life and matter, utilizing the ancient Vedic insights into consciousness and the self. The Institute consists of a body of scientists and scholars who feel that existing scientific models are too restrictive to account for the observed phenomena of life. Modern science revolves around the concept that everything, including life and consciousness, can be fully explained and understood by recourse to matter alone. The Vedic scholars on the other hand, who made the study of consciousness their primary concern, held that conscious life is primordial and cannot be reduced to physicochemical phenomena. This is the essence of Bhagavad-gita verse 10.8 adham sarvasya prabhavo mattah sarvam pravartate I, Krishna, am the source of all spiritual and material worlds. Everything emanates from Me. Taking this hint, members of the Princeton BVISCS are developing new scientific paradigms incorporating consciousness and other higher order bio-phenomena as irreducible features of nature.

Databank Foundation

Databank Foundation was created by Databank Group as an intentional way to actively engage in Corporate Social Responsibility. The Foundation works to promote leadership development, mental health for the vulnerable and education. The Foundation has a long term commitment to identifying and addressing the needs of vulnerable groups in our society. Commencing from the 1997 with our social work at the children's ward at the Accra Psychiatric Hospital, the Foundation has initiated CSR programmes such the Young Leaders Mentorship Program (YLMP), Leadership and Excellence Awards, African Leadership Initiative and Read Aid. Voices for Children of Tampa Bay

Voices for Children was founded in 1986 as the Child Advocacy Guild, Inc. The original stated purpose of the organization was to initiate fund raising events and methods and to direct those funds to appropriate activities of the Guardian ad Litem Program; to promote awareness of the activities of the program and to encourage volunteer resources; and to encourage community activity and awareness. Voices for Children (VFC) started with a need. The State of Florida requires that the interests of every abused and neglected child be represented by a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) in court. While the benefits of this are immeasurable to the child, there aren't enough Guardian Advocates for all of Hillsborough County's abused and neglected children. The GAL program doesn't receive adequate public funding. That's where VOICES helps. Voices for Children is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide the volunteer guardians the financial means necessary for Guardian ad Litem to continue this vital service to children. Currently, the program can serve only about 67% of these children. Our goal is to provide 100% representation for the abused, neglected and abandoned children of Hillsborough County. Through a variety of private funding initiatives, Voices is able to provide the GAL Program with: Increase volunteer recruitment efforts. Identify and develop additional resources and support in order to increase representation of abused and neglected children. Provide increased training opportunities for staff, volunteers and board members through conferences, training and networking. Provide a unified voice to convey the importance of the work and services the program provides to dependent children.

We take in clothing donations from all over North Texas and we sort them by style, size and gender. When then provide these items online for other nonprofits to order. This way, an organization receive what they need for their client without having to worry about the space and labor it takes to get these items. There are no wasted items. The organization gets the exact sizes they need for their clients by ordering them online. This allows the organization to focus on their core efforts without spending any extra time trying to find the right resources for their clients. Trusted World is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation registered in the state of Texas. Our organization consists of a group of executives that have a proven track record on their own. Together they combine their skill to help raise the quality of life for their fellow humans who share this planet with us. They serve to bridge the gap to serve a common cause.
