After years of working in Manchester City centre, City Salads Founders Lauren Drury and Harrison Prosser became frustrated by the lack of healthy eating options offered by the supermarkets and franchise giants. As keen fitness fanatics and big time food lovers, they were offended by the current lunch market offering, mostly packed full of chemical additives and unnecessary ‘bad’ sugars. Growing tired of struggling to find a generous, protein packed, energising and well balanced lunch, they set out to create a convenient service where the office workers of Manchester/Cheshire/Warrington/Manchester Airport could order healthy, delicious & affordable lunches delivered directly to their office. “Our promise at City Salads is to ensure our products are of the highest quality, consistently. By never using unnecessary fats, artificial colours, flavours or genetically modified products we can ensure fresh is best and quality is key, that’s the City Salads guarantee”.

Harbour Brewing Co

The Harbour Brewing Co. was founded in February 2012. We apply a progressive and innovative approach in both beer style and brewing technique, whist honoring traditional and proven methods. Using this approach we produce a range of full flavoured, balanced and creative beers. We approach all our beer design in the same way, drawing on the vast gamete of styles and techniques used worldwide. We then use this as a foundation to build upon, but that doesn't always mean straying too far from the original, more evolution than revolution. We have a humble approach to what we know, as it seems the more we learn, the more it becomes apparent how little we really know. We strive to strike a balance between bold flavours and drinkability. Beer is, at the end of the day, something to drink and enjoy, not everything needs to be overly challenging or contemplative. We decided to base our company in beautiful North Cornwall, mainly because we love the lifestyle that the area allows us, but also because of the purity of the spring water. We love what we do, and we do what we love.

Founded in 1997 we have built long-term partnerships with customers in over 50 countries. Our desire to challenge the status quo sees us develop products ahead of trends and market demands as we look to a future where we find new and innovative ways to make our products even better. With our own onsite BRCGS accredited manufacturing facility, we're able to support customers from brief to bottle. Our team have years of experience working in the industry we love, from running coffee shops, hotels, and restaurants, to coffee trainers and bartenders.
