Thisted Bryghus Siden starten i 1902 har Thisted Bryghus været et selvstændigt bryggeri beliggende i Thisted. Med en enestående folkelig lokal opbakning har bryggeriet overlevet verdenskrige, kartoffelkure og finanskriser. Thisted Bryghus fremstår i dag som et særdeles veldrevet bryggeri med en flot vækst i både omsætning og resultat fra år til år. Bryggeriet har de senere år markeret sig som et af landets absolut mest innovative, og sender løbende en række nye spændende produkter på markedet. Mange produkter indeholder ingredienser, der er dyrket i et af landets smukkeste naturområder: Nationalpark Thy. Det har kastet en række priser af sig. Blandt andet er Thisted Bryghus udnævnt til Årets Danske Bryggeri i 2015, 2016 og 2017. Bag prisen står Forbrugerorganisationen Danske Ølentusiaster.

About Wild Edibles In October 1992 the wholesale division of Wild Edibles began with a couple of ice chests and borrowed pickup truck, dedicated to sourcing the finest seafood available in NYC from the eastern seaboard and beyond. In March of 1993, Wild Edibles hired its first employee and opened a retail location on Elizabeth Street in Lower Manhattan. Wild Edibles' reputation for unparalleled quality and freshness, from exotic and exclusive seafood to everyday staples, grew rapidly. By 2001, Wild Edibles had grown out of its humble beginnings in SoHo and into a warehouse facility in Long Island City. A flagship retail operation in Manhattan's Grand Central Market was soon to follow, and a retail outlet in Murray Hill opened shortly thereafter. In 2007, the retail location on 36th Street expanded with an oyster bar and bistro and continues to bring premier seafood to the community while remaining affordable and without pretense. Now in its twenty-third year, the wholesale division of Wild Edibles operates out of a state-of-the-art processing facility located at Hunt's Point in the Bronx, only minutes away from the New Fulton Fish Market and services over 500 restaurants in the Tri-State area, while remaining committed to continuing the Wild Edibles tradition of providing impeccable seafood and first-rate customer service.

One of the primary goals at 111 Lex is to educate members of their neighborhood on how to buy and appreciate wine. The staff at 111 Lex is dedicated to increase wine appreciation by providing education, information, and wine training. Their mission is to spread wine knowledge and enthusiasm and to dispel any snobbery. 111 Lex Wine concentrates on finding hand-picked, small production wines from family-owned wineries. 111 Lex boasts one of the largest local wine sections in the city, and a wall devoted to the ever-increasing selection of natural, organic and biodynamic wines.

Off The Wall Frozen Yogurt is a self-serve, New York-based frozen yogurt chain founded in 2010. Off the Wall's mission is to curate a playful customer experience from start to finish. The company presently owns and operates a flagship store in Cedarhurst, NY and three stores in the borough of Manhattan. Each store is certified Kosher and at certain locations even offers Cholov Yisroel. Locations are designed with a modern, sleek and colorful motif. The business specializes in the "art" of frozen yogurt and aims to provide every customer with a unique frozen yogurt experience. The self-serve business model allows customers the freedom to create their own frozen yogurt cup choosing from 16 low-calorie flavors with a rotating menu of over 40 toppings including cheesecake bites, cereal, and sprinkles. The company charges customers based on how much their cup weighs. Three of the Manhattan locations feature a floor-to-ceiling chalk-wall that changes regularly, with colorful chalk paintings designed by local students and artists alike.
