Em 13 de janeiro de 1997 nascíamos como Easycob, fruto da união de sonhos, experiência e disposição de executivos do mercado financeiro que haviam atuado em grandes instituições financeiras e perceberam a oportunidade que surgia. Nos idos do fim dos anos 1990, os sócios da empresa - executivos com passagens por grandes bancos nacionais - conduziram uma ampla pesquisa junto aos recuperadores de crédito na época, e perceberam que diferenciais poderiam colocá-los a frente nesse mercado. De posse dos dados da pesquisa e de sua larga experiência adquirida nas áreas de análise de crédito bancos de grande porte - o que lhes deu grande possibilidade de aprender sobre variados ramos do mercado nacional - esses executivos resolvem fundar a Easycob, com foco em diferenciais mercadológicos como CRM próprio, centralização e automação da operação de cobrança e criação de uma central de atendimento ao público que pudesse dar conforto aos clientes que buscavam um atendimento prime. Desde então, viemos buscando inovar sempre, agregando sistemas de atendimento automático (URA), sistema de cobrança através de ferramentas eletrônicas (SMS/E-mail) e outras novidades que devem estar chegando em breve! Commercial Facilities Company

Commercial Facilities Company (CFC) was established in 1977 as the first Kuwaiti closed shareholding company specialized in providing installment credit facilities to finance consumer and commercial products. The main services provided by CFC are: Financing new and used cars Financing boats and marine equipment Financing furniture and electrical appliances Financing basic construction materials Granting personal cash loans The company was listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange in 1982. It was the first company to be selected for the Kuwaiti government's privatization program. In September 1994, the Kuwait Investment Authority sold 47% of the company's issued shares to the private sector. During 29 years of operation, the company successfully grew its consumer loans portfolio to reach KD 412.4 million (US$ 1,424 million) as of 31/12/2006.
