We have a strong desire to improve mental health in our lives. We all have mental health, just as we all have physical health, unfortunately there is still a stigma that exists which makes it hard for people to talk about their mental health. Whilst we are all having conversations about mental health, there is still a long way to go. Stress, anxiety and depression are the biggest cause of sickness absence in our society. Mental ill health is responsible for 91 million working days lost every year in the UK. One in four people will experience some form of mental health condition, mental health issues have a huge impact on a person's ability to work effectively. Employers have a duty of care towards their staff, so it is important to spot the early signs of mental health problems and have adequate support in place to support them. Together with MHFA England we can offer support and training.

Free Me/Sweet Cavanagh

Free Me provides free care to women in recovery from eating disorders and addictions. Our London based charity runs peer-led jewellery making workshops in addition to group therapy, one to one nutritional support and access to a Work to Recover programme in partnership with recruitment agency, Sidekicks. Our jewellery is sold through our social enterprise, Sweet Cavanagh to assist with funding the work that we do. www.sweetcavanagh.com

Century Mental Health, Inc.

We provide individual, couples and family therapy to help clients deal with a variety of therapeutic goals. We work with clients seeking relief from anxiety, depression and other mental health issues as well as helping clients manage life transitions. We work closely with our clients to provide a range of therapeutic strategies as well as communicating with other professionals when appropriate.
