Founded in 2006 by Chefs George and Katie Brown, Killer Pecans is committed to delivering the finest products based on authentic, regional recipes from our family to yours. We strive to find the freshest, highest quality local ingredients for our products. Our Killer & Smokin'Pecans are made from the best mammoth pecans available . Our products are made by hand in small batches to insure that they are of the highest quality and ultimate freshness for our customers. Everything we do – our recipes, our small batch production by hand – underline our commitment to creating artisanal products to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. We started with our Killer Pecans and Smokin' Pecans, then added our Killer Pecan® Shortbread Cookies, Sweet Killer Almonds and Killer Mixed Nuts. Caroline's Dairy

Our multi award-winning ice creams and sorbets are hand made on our working dairy farm in West Sussex. Since launching in 2008, we've come a long way but we still make our ice cream in exactly the same method – using only the milk from our cows at Chalder Farm. Our wonderful dairy team combine this with the best natural ingredients and locally produced fruit to make over 20 delicious flavours of ice cream and four refreshing sorbets so you're bound to find a flavour that hits the spot! Our herd of beautiful dairy cows graze on the water meadows of the RSPB Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, producing rich creamy milk, which makes our luxury ice cream taste like no other. Every process from milking the cows through to the finished ice cream tub, is carried out on the farm itself by a small team of passionate ice-cream makers. Every flavour is cleverly crafted using the finest natural ingredients, made in small batches to give you the ultimate smooth luxury ice cream we're famous for. With varieties ranging from the classic Double Dairy, Belgium Chocolate and Fresh Strawberry to the exotic Sea Buckthorn and Stem Ginger, Lime & Chilli there is something to tickle all taste buds! We love creating new flavours and experimenting with ideas so look out for new seasonal specials throughout the year. We also attend many Country Fairs and private garden parties with our trio of wonderful ice cream tricycles so do get in touch to discuss any event you are planning. What We Do Change Food works with local communities to help provide a larger platform and more exposure to key leaders and experts not being recognized. Blue Note Bakery

Blue Note Bakery was established in April of 2003 as a custom cake and pastry shop in South Austin by Angela Jiles, a decorated pastry chef with over 20 years of experience. Since opening its doors Blue Note has been featured in numerous culinary publications including; Rachael Ray Magazine, Edible Austin, and Austin Monthly. As a Blue Note client you can expect the highest quality of service, an authentic design, and a great tasting product! Everything is made from scratch including our famous Honey Rum Fondant.
