Nous sommes un collectif (+100 CEO) qui souhaite transformer la mesure du succès dans l’écosystème européen pour y intégrer l’impact sociétal et humain. Ce Club réunit des entrepreneurs ambitieux, convaincus que la croissance est compatible avec leur quête de liberté (en étant rentable pour ne pas être dépendant et contraint par les actionnaires) et d’humanisme (en proposant et en maintenant un cadre de travail épanouissant et bienveillant). Le Club veut présenter une autre figure de l’entrepreneuriat, en transition avec les codes parfois caricaturaux de la startup nation. Le Club Bootstrap s’inscrit dans un mouvement plus global de startups qui refusent désormais la perfusion financière extérieure et la croissance accélérée comme une fin en soi.
