FEA can also be used to assess points of failure if you’re having a problem with an existing part. • Materials development and testing – if an off-the-shelf material doesn’t meet your requirements due to either extreme environmental impacts or a unique combination of critical factors, we will work with you to develop a material that meets your needs. We also proactively undertake material development in house for specific markets – for example we have developed light-weight solid silicones, compounds with nanomaterials for improved properties (for example, damping) and a tungsten-filled compound for radiation attenuation. Eroga‘s staff counts 42 people with a production capacity of 400 dies a month, reaching a maximum die-size of Ø560mm.
