We are wholly-owned and directed by our public power Members who participate in our organization's decision-making. Today, over 55 public power utilities across the nation are TEA Members and Partners, representing more than 30,000 MW of combined generation assets across all fuel types. Tarrant Regional Water District

For 100 years, the Tarrant Regional Water District has provided quality water to its customers, implemented vital flood control measures, and created recreational opportunities for Tarrant County residents and communities. Led by a publicly elected five-member board, the Water District owns and operates four major reservoirs including Lake Bridgeport, Eagle Mountain Lake and the Cedar Creek and Richland-Chambers Reservoirs. TRWD has also constructed more than 250 miles of water pipelines, more than 70 miles of Trinity River Trails and a 260-acre wetland water reuse project designed to increase future water supplies for the area. As one of the largest raw water suppliers in the state of Texas, TRWD provides water to more than 2.3 million people in 11 North Central Texas counties. The Water District serves more than 30 wholesale customers including the cities of Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield and the Trinity River Authority. In addition, TRWD also serves as the local sponsor for the 27-mile Fort Worth Floodway and works closely with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to ensure the levees continue to protect lives and property throughout the city.

Kairos Power

Kairos Power has a mission to enable the world’s transition to clean energy, with the ultimate goal of dramatically improving people’s quality of life while protecting the environment. We are an engineering company focused on the delivery of a clean, affordable and safe energy solution through the integrated design, licensing and demonstration of advanced reactor technology. Growing from a broad research effort at U.S. universities and national laboratories, Kairos Power was founded to accelerate the development of an innovative nuclear technology that has the potential to transform the energy landscape in the United States and internationally. Kairos Power is focused on reducing technical risk through a novel approach to test iteration often lacking in the nuclear space. Our schedule is driven by the goal of a U.S. demonstration plant before 2030 and a rapid deployment thereafter. The challenge is great, but so too is the opportunity.

Charleston Water System is a public water and wastewater utility. We provide clean water services to the Greater Charleston Community. Formally known as the Commissioners of Public Works of the City of Charleston, SC, we are an independent utility governed by an elected Board of Commissioners. Our 440 associates protect public health and the environment of our community by providing high quality, reliable water and sewer services.
