Kate Austin is the artist whose original prints are the cornerstone of Kate Austin Designs. Kate creates prints in her sunny studio in Toronto that are made into wooden blocks and printed by hand by skilled artisans in Jaipur. Kate's passionate about sustainability, social justice and COLOUR. Not to mention looking and feeling great in our clothes every day! ❤️

Suits U Montreal

Suits U is a national non-profit organization founded by University of Toronto students in 2012. In 2016, students at McGill University helped the organization expand to Montreal. Suits U Montreal's mission is to to help students look and feel confident in a professional environment. The Montreal chapter collects business apparel from local firms and offers students the opportunity to purchase high quality, donated apparel at a fraction of the cost. Throughout the year, the organization hosts multiple events, including suit drives. All proceeds from the events go to a local charity. In 2016, Suits U raised over $10,000 for charity and helped dress 250 students. Despite the organization's success, Suits U Montreal strives for constant growth and improvement. The organization has been unable to satisfy all the students looking for professional wear due to a shortage of quality attire. In the coming years it hopes to overcome this challenge. In the meantime, Suits U Montreal is going to continue to help dress as many students as it can.
