He is a California attorney, a certified public accountant, an IRS enrolled agent, a personal financial specialist and real estate broker. He received his Juris Doctorate from John F. Kennedy University, Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University - Bloomington, and Master of Science in Taxation from San Francisco State University. He also holds several licenses including Real Estate Broker's license (CA Real Estate License # 01302678); Life Agent, Variable Contracts, Fire & Casualty Broker-Agent insurance licenses (CA Insurance License # 0B99983). He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation, a non-profit organization in San Francisco benefiting AIDS charities. He also conducts training in relevant tax, legal and financial topics. His work experiences include several tax and audit positions with Cooper's & Lybrand, H & R Block, and other CPA firms. He also held several accounting positions at Franklin Templeton Investments. He is member of the State Bar of California, Bar Association of San Francisco, Asian-American Bar Association, American Academy of Attorney-CPAs, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Enrolled Agents and California Society of Enrolled Agents.

Essa história nasce do sonho de uma profissional em ter seu próprio negócio. Ângela Stella era uma contadora experiente na área contábil e fiscal, e já havia sido chefe de departamento nas empresas que trabalhou. Ela se uniu a uma sócia da área do direito e juntas fundaram a Contabilidade Stella & Regina, em 1990. Após meses de parceria, Regina decidiu deixar a sociedade e Ângela seguiu sozinha em seu desafio. Assim nasceu a Contabilidade Stella.
