Casa del Gelato is a manufacturing company established in 1979 in Maranello, by Mr. Angelo Giovanardi. At that time it was no more than an artisanal laboratory dedicated to the production of ice cream, to supply bars and restaurants in the area. In 1995, the management was taken over by his two sons Corrado and Andrea, who by following from the beginning the footsteps of their father, transformed the company from that small laboratory into a modern industry. Since then, Casa del Gelato is dedicated to the production of Italian traditional Gelato, dairy free sorbets and fresh desserts for large-scale retail and food service sectors. Today, Casa del Gelato is a reliable partner of some among the most prestigious retailers all over the globe. Indeed, its exports reach more than 15 countries. All over the time, Casa del Gelato has achieved the most prestigious and worldwide recognised certifications: IFS, BRCS, Organic, Vegan, RSPO and RFA.

Aceto Balsamico del Duca di Adriano Grosoli S.r.l.

Since 1891, Aceto Balsamico del Duca has been dedicated to the production and promotion of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (IGP) and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (DOP). A tradition that has been handed down for 5 generations, closely linked to the territory, which guarantees a unique product, obtained from selected and high-quality cooked grape musts, and exclusively Italian wine vinegar. The Balsamic Vinegar is aged in wooden barrels and its quality derives from a special selection of raw materials and the aging process. The company was founded in 1891, when Adriano Grosoli opens the "Premiata Salumeria", a delicatessen, registering his business with the Modena Chamber of Commerce. The turning point comes in the 70s, when Adriano, the third generation of the family, decides to devote himself exclusively to the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and, together with his wife Luciana, chooses to distinguish the product with the image of Duke Francesco I d' Este, one of the most famous and passionate producers of the Balsamic Vinegar. In the 80s, the management of the company passes into the hands of the daughter Mariangela. In 2016, Aceto del Duca reaches a double goal: on the occasion of its 125th anniversary, it is fully admitted to the register of the Italian Centenary Companies Union. In 2018, Lucia, Mariangela’s daughter and 90-year-old Adriano’s grandaughter, representative of the fifth generation, joins the company. Finally, in 2021, the company celebrates its 130th anniversary and, on June 2nd, Adriano Grosoli is forged the title of Knight of the Italian Republic by President Mattarella.
