Darlington Veneer Company is a hardwood plywood manufacturer that serves an array of wholesale distributors, fine furniture manufacturers, kitchen cabinet manufacturers, architectural millwork manufacturers, boat manufacturers and other OEM firms. We are dedicated to providing a high quality product that sets the standard for consistent and dependable service. Decades of knowledgeable production and engineering expertise are merged with modern manufacturing techniques resulting in superior our hardwood plywood. In 1918, we opened as a single ply veneer mill. Logs were purchased from local farmers and converted to fine veneer on a rotary lathe. One of our first customers was Radio Corp of America/Victor Talking Machines. Today, Darlington Veneer Co., is one of the oldest and most successful manufacturers of quality hardwood plywood products in the nation, and a longstanding leader in environmental safety and conservation. Lifetimes of dedication have gone into the creation of our outstanding hardwood plywood.

Allweather Wood, LLC

Allweather Wood® began operating in 1985 with our first lumber pressure treating facility in Washougal, Washington. In 1991, the company constructed a second pressure treated facility in White City, Oregon. With subsequent acquisitions, we added lumber treating facilities in Coos Bay, Oregon and Loveland, Colorado as well as distribution locations in Ferndale, Washington, Fontana, California, and Woodland, California. Allweather Wood now ranks as the largest waterborne lumber pressure treater in the Western U.S. Each of our locations stock specific wood species for treated lumber products that best support the market needs in those geographic areas. Some of these wood species include Douglas-fir, Hemlock fir, Southern Yellow Pine, Lodgepole Pine, and Ponderosa Pine. We continue to grow our product offerings in response to the ever-changing needs of our customers. We offer glue laminated columns for the pole barn and post frame building industry, fire retardant treated wood products for both interior and exterior uses as well as utility poles.
