Mind Matters brings you the latest in mental health services, changes, improvements, and an opportunity to have a voice. We offer training in mental health, including the award winning suite of Mental Health First Aid courses, licensed by Mental Health First Aid England CIC, and provide free resources via our website. We have a regular mental health blog, sharing people's stories of 'lived experience' of mental health problems and recovery. Our staff have a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience in mental health that they want to share with others to improve lives.

You can fill up on healthy snacks and smoothies at Frame's Fuel cafe or browse our pick of the best fitness clothing at the Frame shop (... we won't tell if you don't!) Frame is your one stop shop for all things health and fitness. When Pip Black and Joan Murphy set out to create Frame they wanted to create a more positive approach to health and fitness, more than just the regular gym session pounding the treadmill. All of the classes were developed on workouts and sequences that they loved themselves and had fun creating. The ‘drop in' and pay-as-you-go Frame Card model means that anyone can rock up at a time that suits whatever your job, lifestyle or plans for the day. And the varied timetable over several studios means you can always find a class to suit your mood. The first Frame fitness studio opened in 2009 in Shoreditch and Framers screamed for more! So Queens Park studio followed in 2012 and Kings Cross in 2015. 2016 saw the opening of both Frame Victoria and Frame's very first stand alone Yoga studio in Kings Cross. 2018 is seeing the opening of two new sites in Hammersmith and Fitzrovia!
