Laurelwood Golf Course

Located just minutes from Downtown Eugene, Laurelwood Golf Course is nestled into the city's southern hills near the University of Oregon campus. The course's 9-Hole, par 35 layout can be enjoyed by all golfers. To celebrate the course's 90th anniversary in 2019, Laurelwood's new management team opened a renovation of several holes on the course and built a new beautiful outdoor patio that looks out over the course, the city's south hills and Spencer Butte. In addition the golf course, Laurelwood offers an on-site full-service restaurant and covered driving range. Laurelwood is open year round.

We are a non-profit organisation who promote the empowerment of children and young people. Allowing the development of their personal and social identities through extra-curricular experiences and mentoring in our club setting. Child-led activities are offered in a safe, welcoming environment managed by qualified Playworkers. We promote the participation of volunteers in the provision of activities. Our framework incorporates the Children and Young People's Participation Standards for Wales and PSE (Personal and Social Education Framework) for schools in Wales. Our volunteers are individuals from the public or referred by VCS organisations. We implement; *inclusive methodology related to intersecting social identities. *training for staff and volunteers, both in-house and certified. *DBS checks for staff working within our organisation. *Cooperation or collaboration with other community groups and other stakeholders. We are members of Wales' Third Sector Council C3SC and Clybiau Plant Cymru.
