We run a shared last-mile network. On one route, a driver delivers same-day orders for national retailers from their own local stores and picks up household laundry at $7 a bag. Laundry builds dense residential routes. Retail delivery fills the vehicle both ways. Every leg earns revenue.

The network is asset-light by design. Drivers come from the existing gig pool and drive their own vehicles. Rapidual owns the routes, the dispatch engine, and WashHQ, our central processing facility. Not the metal.
