ABOUT MIDDLE EAST AND NORTH AFRICA FRANCHISE ASSOCIATION MENAFA is a membership organization of franchisors, franchisees, and suppliers. We combine the successful experiences of leading franchise operators with the growing markets of the Middle East and North Africa. MENAFA is the first association which works to build strong franchise businesses in every Middle Eastern and North African country. The Middle East and North Africa Franchise Association can help you find a strong franchisor, franchise development candidate or a reliable supplier and provides high quality legal support and education for its members. Our mission is to ‘deliver comprehensive resources for effective franchise business in The Middle East and North Africa’. MENAFA Purpose of Activities The purpose of activities of MENAFA is as follows: •Practical assistance and consulting of the Association’s members in the field of franchising in the Middle East and North Africa; •Development of franchising relations in Middle Eastern and North African countries; •Development of co-operation with foreign and international organizations and associations working in the sphere of franchising or supporting franchising business; •Improvement of qualification of personnel employed with franchising sphere; •Informational support in the sphere of franchising; •Co-ordination of activity of the Association’s members in franchising business; •Undertaking of scientific and practical study of franchising in every respect; •Supporting franchisors and franchisees in a dispute resolution processes. •Co-operation with the state authorities, local government authorities and other organizations in the field of franchising development and protection of Association’s members rights; •Distribution of information about franchising business through pedagogic and informational means; •Protection and promotion of social, economic (business), labour and other rights of the Association’s members;
