Unlike cars, buildings cannot be electrified simply by replacing them. In 20 years, most of today's buildings will still be there. ClassA seeks to re-power the existing building stock with a better, more efficient, and cleaner electrical architecture.

We enable landlords to offer their residents cash back rewards for things like paying rent on time, renewing a lease, or engaging in a community event, along with deals from local and online merchants. Landlords get happier residents, increased leasing velocity, and higher tenant retention. Renters get a way to build equity by paying rent. Neighborhood businesses get local, sustained traffic. Online brands get exposure to movers with high spending intent. Our vision is a more equitable housing model for 100mm+ renters, landlords, and neighborhood businesses. The company is seed stage, based in New York, and backed by VCs from both coasts, including Ulu Ventures, Antler VC, New Lab Ventures, The MBA Fund, and Switch VC.
