Brady Sullivan Properties is one of the most successful commercial and residential real estate companies in the Northeast. Established in Manchester, NH in 1992, our diverse portfolio consists of more than three million square-feet of mill, office, and industrial space with licenses in five states. Our two-pronged approach to real estate is comprised of the development of Class A leasable buildings with customizable spaces to meet our client's unique needs. Together with that is the renovation of multiple historic mill buildings into apartments and offices. This has allowed us to preserve history while serving the needs of the residential and small business community. Lokal Homes

Lokal Homes is a Colorado-based homebuilder focused on building Condo, Townhome and Single Family Detached housing throughout the front range. Lokal began from a vision created by Dave Lemnah and Ryan Lantz, with a focus on standard features, excellent customer service and quality building. Since the inception in 2012, Lokal has closed nearly 2,000 homes from Ft. Collins to Colorado Springs. Our business model is simple: deliver an enhanced living experience, design for the Colorado lifestyle, and offer an elevated base set of standards.

Real Estate Management

We are a responsible, family-owned real estate management business. We maintain all aspects of property management in multiple-unit buildings in Somerville, Massachusetts. We manage over 55 apartments, including day-to-day aspects of upkeep, rent collection, finding new tenants.

CentreCourt

CentreCourt is a real estate company founded in 2010 and focused on the development of mixed-use, high-rise residential communities located near major amenities, rapid transit networks and employment areas across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). A fully integrated organization that operates across all areas of development including land acquisition, zoning, design, sales, construction and customer care, CentreCourt is one of the most active high-rise developers in the GTA with four (4) high-rise residential projects completed in the last 24 months and an additional 13 high-rise residential towers in various stages of development, collectively representing over 8,000 condominium units and $5.6 billion of development value.

Ejendomsmæglerfirmaet John Frandsen A/S

Eventyret startede i ydmyge lokaler på Mariagervej i Randers med John Frandsen som eneste medarbejder. Kontoret i det nordlige Randers spiller stadig en rolle i virksomheden, men siden dengang i 1995 er der kommet 30 boligafdelinger, 4 erhvervsafdelinger samt 2 landbrugsafdelinger til. Grundlaget for virksomheden har siden starten været arbejdsomhed og korpsånd. Lige siden opstarten har John Frandsen og personalet selv stået for indretning og ombygning af ejendomsmæglerforretningerne. Det har betydet, at mæglerne og sekretærerne i etableringsfasen har hjulpet med opgaver som nedrivning af vægge, maling, rengøring samt selv sat kontorinventar på plads. Der er heller ikke i dag nogen, der er for fine til at hjælpe med oprydning, kaffebrygning eller rengøring. Kort og godt alle hjælper til med alt, når det er muligt. Personalet er for manges vedkommende uddannet i virksomheden. Alle ledende medarbejdere har været ansat i firmaet i mange år. Personalet er hovedsageligt i aldersgruppen fra 25 – 35 år, og alle er opdraget til, at jo hårdere man arbejder, jo heldigere er man.
