Established in 2001 as part of a Victorian Government intiative. The GRLLEN is vital in addressing skills needs and developing new opportunities for young people who are at risk of disengaging from education and training. LLENs put the focus on the needs of young people and emphasise cooperation between providers and agencies rather than competition and division.
