Westside Children's Therapy

Westside Children's Therapy is a privately owned clinic that provides quality therapeutic intervention to children with developmental disabilities. We understand the challenges our families face and therefore strive to become "A Family to Lean On"​. Our efforts begin with providing quality, therapy with a long-term focus, never compromising for short-term results that do not extend through adulthood. This is the core philosophy of clinic owner Shari Cassidy, who has been providing evidenced-base care and ethical practices for over 30 years. We are a team of dedicated and highly trained professionals offering the best in Physical, Occupational, Speech Feeding, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Counseling therapy. We work together to design unique programs to meet each child's individual needs. Our multidisciplinary approach allows parents to schedule several therapy services to occur at one time, in one location, and with a continuity of care. We provide day, night, and weekend appointment scheduling. While our clinics have a pediatric focus, we routinely treat adults and athlete injuries.

Keshet Disabilities & Inclusion

Keshet is a one-of-a-kind organization that provides programs and services for kids, teens and adults with disabilities. Nearly 600 people participate in Keshet's classroom experiences, camps, sports, social and vocational activities, and residential opportunities each year. With a focus on inclusion, an additional 4,000 school and camp peers, volunteers, family members, coworkers, friends and staff are impacted by Keshet annually. Keshet is always moving forward, dreaming big and thinking about what's next. As we continue to grow, expand and enhance our programs to meet the needs of the community, we remain deeply committed to our mission of creating a community of belonging where people with disabilities can learn, play, work and live with people of all abilities.

New Star serves over 500 children and adults each day whose lives are impacted by mild to profound disabilities. Our service area reaches those living in and around the Chicagoland area and Northwest Indiana.
