ARCHAS

The architecture company "ARCHAS" was established in 2005 by two young architects - Mantas Navalinskas and Gintaras Čepurna. From 2017 working with new partner architect Tomas Kuleša. We design: residential, industrianl, office buildings.

BAR’s internal DEI Group’s mission is to dismantle prejudice and racism and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our firm, our profession and communities we serve through education, advocacy, professional development, and outreach. Our passion for design also extends beyond our specific projects to the broader profession and community. BAR assists in neighborhood revitalization, is active in USGBC and AIA’s Committee on the Environment (COTE). We work with university faculty to teach classes and provide classroom critiques. Fully committed to giving back, we provide pro bono services and/or volunteer for numerous non-profits, including Habitat for Humanity, BuildOn, Haiti Partners and Blue Bear School of Music. Our belief in design quality, and a collaborative and client-centered process, has led to BAR receiving over 190 design awards. Although we appreciate the recognition, above all else, we believe the most important measure of our success is the satisfaction of our clients and the inhabitants of our buildings. OpenScope Studio is a full-service architectural practice specializing in smart solutions to complex design problems. Our passion for creating better experiences for people through architecture is matched by our expertise in the practices, regulations, and economics of development and construction. From urban infill development and transitional housing to park pavilions, commercial interiors, and custom homes—design, craft, functionality and feasibility are the guiding measures of our work. We are advocates for livable cities, contributing to the creation of much-needed housing—at a range of affordability—while adding value for property owners. As consultants to local cities and communities, we have helped shape ADU policies and prototypes throughout the state. As architects, we design ADU solutions that make the most of our clients' properties. Across projects of every scale and typology, our approach remains the same: by first understanding the technical challenges of a site or program, we uncover opportunities and possibilities.
