The Dorset Cancer Care Foundation

Dorset Cancer Care Foundation (DCCF) was established to provide aid for Dorset residents affected by cancer and facing financial difficulties as a result. As a local charity we offer support in a variety of areas – the main criteria being that this is not available through state systems and there is a genuine and identifiable need. Whilst our priority is to assist individuals, we also work with other Dorset based cancer organisations. Non-for-profit C.I.C (Community Interest Company) managed by Deaf & BSL Interpreter Directors (Ian Hodgetts & Colette Hogan) The aims of CommunityID are: • To provide bespoke "Deaf and Interpreter Awareness" training for community groups and charities etc. • To provide consultancy and to advise community groups, voluntary organisations and charities on best practice. • To empower Deaf people and their rights - providing employment and/or work experience. • To promote British Sign Language (BSL) and BSL/English Interpreting standards and training. • Community involvement i.e. volunteering, supporting deaf led events and fundraisers.

The ZACHOR Holocaust Remembrance Foundation, founded by Survivor, Ben Lesser, is dedicated to spreading awareness, to remember, and most notably, TO NEVER FORGET. It offers educational programs, outreach, and online resources to preserve the memory of the Holocaust, along with advocating change for our future by teaching tolerance.

Emerging Arts Professionals/SFBA is a network focused on empowerment, leadership, and growth of next generation arts and culture workers in the San Francisco Bay Area through knowledge sharing, learning opportunities, and partnerships.
