We primarily teach running clinics since there are so many runners who need our help. Our classes include swimming and biking instruction as well, although, those are by demand.

We define Strength as the capacity or potential for effective action, and Real Strength is when we use our strength to serve others. We seek to align Strength To Serve with non-profit and for-profit businesses, coaches, athletes, trainers, and gyms whose mission and culture seek to bring life, hope, and healing. STS then looks for unique opportunities to foster community formation through physically challenging training and events that raise money and awareness for life-giving non-profits. Higher Plane Recovery

Research shows that transitional living choices are critical to long-term sobriety and independent living. Our residents learn how to live a life with purpose and meaning alongside a culture of friendship and mentors. Located in central Austin, our house is in a comfortable neighborhood setting offering camaraderie and a high level of daily support. Our residents are removed from drugs and alcohol and given a solution for recovery. We believe firmly in the Twelve Steps as a solution. We continue to support and mentor recovery by consistently working the 12 steps and practicing the principles in all our affairs, engaging in fellowship and helping others.
