About
MISSION PROPELLE KEEPS WOMEN IN THE WORKFORCE. We are the only consulting firm that offers confidential 1:1 coaching and 360º policy reviews focused on the retention and wellbeing of working parents.
Our approach is individual & organizational. Here's how it works:
1 – WE COACH PARENTS
We partner with companies and provide 1:1 coaching or group workshops to parents on their teams. Over the course of four 1-hour sessions, parents learn how to sustainably and joyfully work and parent.
2 – WE COLLECT DATA
We collect anonymous data, in partnership with Roosevelt University, from the parents we coach. This data captures which HR strategies boost investment, retention, and morale among parents.
3 – WE PROPOSE POLICIES
We bundle this data with a comprehensive policy analysis to provide companies with actionable recommendations on how to retain parents and boost workplace equity.
